Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from visiting her grandparents, paternal uncles, and maternal uncles, with the intention of maintaining kinship ties?

Some scholars are of the view that a husband does not have the right to prevent his wife from visiting her grandparents and relatives, if such a visit does not entail a definite harm, because it involves maintaining kinship ties. However, if the visit entails harm, such as her being influenced by evil or corrupt morals, then he has the right to prevent her from visiting them, in order to avert that harm.
