Is it considered Haram to obtain a forged health certificate for an elderly, sick parent—who is not actually sick—with the aim of facilitating a job transfer to one's home province?

A health certificate indicating that the father suffers from geriatric diseases, when he does not, is considered forgery, which is forbidden because it involves deception and bearing false witness. We advise piety towards Allah and not resorting to such conduct.
