What is the ruling concerning a wife who broke her fast in Ramadan of 1999 due to childbirth, and did not make up the days she missed due to breastfeeding and a new pregnancy?

If a wife is unable to make up missed fasts due to breastfeeding and pregnancy until the next Ramadan arrives, then she is only required to make up those fasts whenever she is able to, and she is not obliged to pay an expiation for delaying the making up of the fasts. Expiation is only obligatory for someone who had the time to make up the fasts but did not do so.
