Is it possible that reading some scattered verses and surahs could unintentionally lead to the summoning of jinn or sorcery, and how are Allah's verses used in sorcery even though they protect us from evils?

There is nothing in the guidance of the Prophet, peace be upon him, about reciting specific verses to make jinn speak, or to bring them forth, or to burn them. The Qur’an expels jinn, so if you recite Ayatul-Kursi before sleeping, no devil will come near you until morning, as mentioned in the hadith of Abu Hurairah with the devil.
