Is depositing one's salary in a Riba-based bank and then withdrawing it completely on the same day considered a sin?

It is not permissible to deposit one's salary in a usurious bank if a Muslim is able to deposit it in an Islamic bank. However, if it is obligatory, a Muslim should deal with it only to the extent of necessity, by placing it in a current account without saving, and disposing of any interest if it accrues, in which case there is no sin upon him. Withdrawing the entire salary is preferable if it does not result in harm.
