What is the ruling on a worker reclaiming his contributions, the company's contributions, and what the state deducted from his salary as taxes from an insurance fund that invests its money in usurious banks?

Participation in the aforementioned fund is not permissible because it invests in interest-based banks, and because commercial insurance is prohibited. It is permissible to reclaim the principal capital, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if you repent, you may have your principal - [thus] you do no wrong, nor are you wronged). As for what the company added, if it is a general gift to every employee, then it is permissible to take it; otherwise, it is not. It is not permissible to benefit from prohibited interest, even for paying taxes. Rather, one must dispose of it by spending it on charitable causes.
