The sale becomes binding if both parties agree on the price and the item sold. In this case, the seller is obligated to deliver the sold item, and the buyer is obligated to pay the full price. If the buyer disposes of the agreed-upon chicks, he must pay the remaining price and bear the loss himself. However, if the seller destroys the quantity, he is liable for the price or its equivalent, and the buyer has the option to annul the contract and reclaim the price, or to uphold the contract and demand compensation from the seller.
