Is it permissible to attempt to conceal some properties to avoid implementing the obligatory will in the country of origin, knowing that there is benevolence towards the deceased brother's children and their needs are met, and it is difficult to persuade them to waive their right?

The inheritance must be divided according to Allah's command. Grandchildren do not inherit from their deceased grandfather if their paternal uncles are alive. The obligatory bequest is invalid and not binding. If the heirs are compelled to follow the law of obligatory bequest, it is permissible to conceal a portion of the inheritance to avoid injustice, as preserving wealth is an obligation. If the heirs wish to give something to the grandchildren to appease their hearts, they will be rewarded for it.
