What are examples of actions that lead to torment in the grave, similar to not purifying oneself from urine and to ghulul, and what is the meaning of ghulul, and what must be done to avoid it?

Not purifying oneself from urine, walking with slandering, and embezzlement are causes for the torment of the grave. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said about two men who were being tormented in their graves: "As for one of them, he did not purify himself from urine, and as for the other, he used to walk with slander." And he said about a man who embezzled a cloak from the war-booty: "Indeed, the cloak he took on the Day of Khaybar from the war-booty, which the distribution had not reached, will be set ablaze with fire upon him."
