What is required of a person who swore not to do something permissible, and swore not to pay the expiation for his oath if he broke it, and then did the deed?
Whoever swears not to do something and then does it, must offer expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin). If, in addition to that, he swears another oath not to break his oath or not to offer expiation in order to do it, then he must offer two expiations: an expiation for his original oath and an expiation for the second oath. The expiation is feeding ten poor persons or clothing them. Whoever cannot find the means to do so must fast for three days.
