Is the hadith attributed to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concerning the birth of a Mongolian child if pregnancy occurs after the menstrual period has ended and a small amount of blood remains authentic?

Everything that happens in the universe is by Allah's decree, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, We created all things with a [divine] decree." And the Hadith (definition) states: "Everything is by measure, even inability and shrewdness." The issue of the effect of heredity on this matter should be referred to specialists. No Hadith has been authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) mentioning that intercourse with a menstruating woman causes that. And one must refrain from intercourse with a menstruating woman until she becomes pure and cleanses herself, as Allah Almighty says: "So keep away from females during menstruation. And do not approach them until they purify themselves. And when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordered you."
