If he sleeps and the patient suffers harm, he is liable for violating the terms of his work. The employee is liable in cases of aggression, negligence, and violation of conditions. Causing harm can be by action or neglect, and if the patient dies due to neglect, the negligent party must provide compensation and expiation. If it is proven that the death was due to nursing negligence, the offender must atone for the accidental killing by fasting for two consecutive months, and the blood money is obligatory on the offender's family to the deceased's heirs.
