It is permissible for a woman to help a man, and vice-versa, if there is no fear of temptation (fitna) and if the -compliant controls are met, such as there being no softness in speech, no forbidden touching or gazing, and no private seclusion (). If she sees him falling into perdition, she must guide him and prevent him from thedetestable act, even if that leads to touching him.
