Receiving a continuous commission for brokerage or commercial mediation, as described in the question, is not permissible Islamically and constitutes consuming wealth unlawfully. It is not permissible to take a renewed commission from someone who was guided to join the company, and it is even less permissible to take a continuous commission from those who joined the company through someone who was guided to it.
