What is the legal ruling regarding marriage to a woman who concealed her hereditary disease, and after having three daughters with her who are afflicted with the same disease, is it permissible to continue having children with her or to stop, and is it permissible to divorce her or to keep her and marry another?

If a wife does not inform her husband of the truth of her hereditary illness, she has done wrong. However, the husband should not cease procreation with her because of this, as the illness may not transmit to all offspring, and Allah may bless him with righteous progeny from her. Divorce is permissible, but it is not recommended for this reason, especially if there are daughters, due to the negative effects it would have on them. The husband can marry another woman if he is capable of being just. The mother's command for divorce does not necessitate obedience unless there is a legitimate Sharia reason.
