ما هو حكم المبالغة في المزاح والتنكيت وهل هي جائزة في الإسلام؟

Islamic law permits jesting and joking under two conditions: truthfulness and ease. It prohibits lying in such matters, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Woe to him who speaks and lies to make people laugh; woe to him, then woe to him."

Similarly, a Muslim is permitted to relax and engage in permissible games to stimulate the mind and strengthen the body, provided this does not take up excessive time, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Two blessings many people lose out on: health and free time," and his saying: "The feet of a servant will not move on the Day of Resurrection until he is asked about his life and how he spent it."
