Are the drops of urine that descend after urinating forgiven in Islamic law, and must the prayers be repeated for the diligent one who acted according to the saying of forgiveness?

This is a matter of scholarly disagreement. The well-known position among the Malikis is to be lenient regarding these drops and to pardon them on the body and clothing if they exit involuntarily, even if only once a day. However, they invalidate ablution unless they reach the extent of incontinence. The position of the majority of scholars is that they must be purified with water and that ablution must be performed after them. The Fatwa Center issues fatwas according to the position of the majority. If these drops reach the extent of incontinence, then the affected person must perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun and pray whatever obligatory and supererogatory prayers he wishes until the time expires. If a layperson acts upon a valid opinion of some scholars, he is not required to repeat the prayers.
