The of the Blind Man is specific to the life of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, according to the preponderant opinion, and the wording mentioned in the question has been deemed weak by some scholars. It is advisable to be patient, content, and to supplicate while seeking out times when supplications are likely to be answered.
