We ask Allah to grant you well-being. What you are experiencing might be whispers (waswasah), and its cure is to disregard it after seeking refuge in Allah from Satan. It could also be a psychological illness that requires a visit to a specialized doctor. We remind you that supplicating to Allah, continuously remembering Him, maintaining the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), and associating with righteous women are all conducive means to repel this ailment.
