What is the ruling on hacking and selling electronic games?

If the game is prohibited, it is not permissible to play it, buy it, sell it, or sell its advantages. However, if it is permissible, it is not allowed to hack it or infringe upon the rights of its owners, and therefore it is not permissible to sell advantages resulting from hacking. A Muslim must utilize their time in what benefits them in this world and the hereafter, and avoid wasting it in idle amusement and play, for they will be held accountable for their time on the Day of Judgment.
