How is the estate of a woman, amounting to 1,100,000 Egyptian Pounds, distributed when she left behind the following heirs: a full-paternal nephew, a full-paternal male cousin and female cousin, a full-maternal male cousin and female cousin, a full-paternal aunt's son and two daughters, and a full-maternal aunt's son?

If a woman dies and leaves behind a full paternal nephew, a full paternal uncle’s son and daughter, a full maternal uncle’s son and daughter, a full paternal aunt’s son and two daughters, and a maternal aunt’s son, then the entire inheritance goes to the full paternal nephew. This is because he excludes the children of the full paternal uncle. As for the children of the maternal uncle, paternal aunt, and maternal aunt, they are considered kin (dhawu al-arham) and do not inherit when there are 'asabah (agnatic heirs).
