What is the share of each heir from the estate of a woman who died and left behind a husband and three daughters, with paternal uncles and maternal uncles present, if the estate reached 100,000 Egyptian pounds?

If a woman dies leaving three daughters, a husband, and paternal uncles, the inheritance is divided as follows:

For the daughters: Two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two-thirds of what he left). For the husband: One-fourth, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if they have a child, then for you is one fourth of what they left). For the paternal uncles: The remainder by 'asabah (agnatic relationship), based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the nearest male relative."

There is nothing for the maternal uncles because they are from among the 'dhawi al-arham' (relatives by blood or marriage who are not entitled to a share in inheritance as primary heirs), and they do not inherit alongside the 'ashab al-furood' (those with prescribed shares) and the 'asabat' (agnatic relatives).

The inheritance is divided into 12 parts: 3 parts for the husband, 4 parts for the daughters, and 1 part for the paternal uncles.
