How sound is the Hadith: "For whoever has the Hereafter as his main concern, Allah will place richness in his heart"? And did Allah say: "You are provided for according to your intentions"?

Whoever is concerned with the Hereafter, Allah will gather his affairs, place richness in his heart, and the world will come to him submissively. But whoever intends the world, Allah will scatter his affairs, place poverty before his eyes, and nothing will come to him from the world except what has been decreed for him. The phrase "You are provided for according to your intentions" is not found in a Hadith Qudsi, Marfu', Mawquf, or Maqtu'.
