What is the legality of a will made out to a woman who died before the testator? Is it considered void, or is the bequeathed share distributed among the heirs of the legatee?

The will becomes void if the legatee dies before the testator. The bequest then reverts to the general estate of the deceased testator to be distributed with it among his legal heirs, unless the testator had willed it to another person or entity.
