Does divorce take effect in the aforementioned cases if the husband does not remember the wording, or said it while angry, or said it with the intention of future divorce?

If someone falsely claims to have divorced his wife, the divorce does not take effect. As for his statement, "I will divorce you," or "I intend to divorce you," this is a promise to divorce, upon which no divorce takes effect, and he is not obligated to fulfill it. However, he is required to offer expiation for breaking an oath if he does not divorce, because he swore by Allah. But if he utters an immediate divorce, then his divorce has taken effect, even if he was angry and aware [of what he was saying]. Divorce takes effect upon its issuance by the husband, even if the wife is not aware of it.
