We advise the inquirer to treat the pains he feels in his chest and head, for Allah has sent down a cure for every ailment. And to get rid of disturbing dreams, the visionary should seek refuge in Allah from their evil three times, and not mention them to anyone, and spit three times, and get up to pray. It is also recommended for him to sleep in a state of purity and recite Ayat al-Kursi.
