What is the ruling on purchasing from project partners – after disputes have arisen and there is a desire for separation – through a third party who buys the project with our money, especially given that we previously resorted to this method to finalize the sale, but it was corrupted?

It is permissible for one of the partners to sell his share to the other partner for an agreed-upon price. However, introducing a third party to purchase the share of one partner for the benefit of the other is impermissible, as it involves deception and fraud. The partnership must be dissolved with honesty and without deceit. In case of dispute, the matter should be referred to the شرعي judiciary or to scholars.
