Does ablution become void by accidentally touching the penis with any part of the hand other than the palm, or by intentionally or unintentionally touching it with a barrier?

Touching the male organ with the palm of the hand or fingers directly (without a barrier) invalidates ablution according to the majority of scholars, whether done intentionally or unintentionally, and one must repeat the ablution. As for touching it with the back of the hand, there is disagreement, but the more preponderant opinion is that it does not invalidate it. Touching does not invalidate ablution if it is done with something other than the hand or with a barrier.
