The answer

Tawarruq is the purchase of a commodity for a deferred price, then selling it for an immediate cash price to someone other than its original seller, at a lower price than the deferred price, in order to obtain cash. The majority of scholars permit it, and this is the most preponderant view, based on the generality of Allah’s Almighty saying: "And Allah has permitted trade," and due to the absence of an intention of usury therein. Whereas, 'Umar ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz and Muhammad ibn al-Hasan al-Shaybani disliked it, and Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim prohibited it, as they saw that the cause of usury is present in it, along with increased cost and loss.
