Does ablution become void upon the expiration of the wiping period on the Khuff (leather socks) for a resident and a traveler?

Ablution is not invalidated by the expiry of the wiping period. So, whoever remains in a state of purity until night after the expiry of the wiping period (e.g., 12:00 PM), remains in a state of purity. This is because there is no evidence to suggest that ablution is invalidated by the expiry of the wiping period. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) set a time limit for wiping, but not for purity. That which is established by a legal proof cannot be removed except by a legal proof.
