Is the creation of an Islamic website for spreading acts of obedience, without full personal commitment to them, a sin that necessitates the website's deletion?

A Muslim is commanded to enjoin good and forbid evil, and to invite to Allah by every lawful means, and he will be rewarded for that. A person's lack of adherence does not negate this obligation, and the people most deserving of following the truth are those who invite to it. We advise the questioner to perform acts of obedience and spread good, especially through websites, and not to refrain from disseminating beneficial lectures and knowledge due to his lack of adherence. Sa'id ibn Jubayr and Malik, may Allah have mercy on them both, said: "If a person were not to enjoin good or forbid evil until there was nothing [wrong] in him, then no one would enjoin good or forbid evil."
