Is the time of hearing the Adhan among the times when prayers are answered, and what is the evidence for that?

Supplication (du'a) at the time of the adhan is answered because the gates of heaven are opened and supplication is answered at that moment, as has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. Ibn 'Umar also commanded supplicating when the mu'adhdhins call the adhan.
