The answer

For an investment to be religiously permissible, five conditions must be met: 1. The profit for the investor and the capital owner must be a common share of the profit, not of the capital itself. 2. This percentage must not be guaranteed, regardless of whether a profit is made or not. 3. The capital must not be guaranteed to the investor in case of loss, provided there is no negligence. 4. The money must be invested in activities permissible by Islamic law and in a proper manner. 5. In joint ventures (Mudarabah), the capital amounts must be distinguishable, and the start of each venture must be known.

Based on this, it is not permissible to invest in the investment certificates of commercial insurance companies because they often do not adhere to these regulations, and because their life insurance is forbidden and is stipulated as a condition for investment.
