What is the ruling on designing a bank building?

The basic principle is the permissibility of designing any building, unless it is known that its owner intends it for a forbidden purpose, such as a usurious bank or a gambling establishment. In such cases, it is not permissible to design it, as doing so would be assisting in sin, based on the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
