What is the meaning of the Almighty’s saying: "Indeed, the acceptance of repentance by Allah is only for those who do evil out of ignorance and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allah will turn in forgiveness, and Allah is Ever Knowing, All-Wise," and specifically "do evil out of ignorance"?

The verses that speak of committing evil out of ignorance mean that every sin that befalls a servant is an act of ignorance, whether intentional or accidental, and it does not refer to ignorance of the religious ruling. The Companions all agreed that every act of disobedience to Allah is an act of ignorance. The repentance for those who commit evil out of ignorance and then repent soon after is for the believers, whereas repentance is not for those who commit evil deeds from among the hypocrites, nor for those who die while they are disbelievers.
