Is it permissible for a young man who has sustained a serious injury and requires surgery to obtain a judgment in absentia to receive treatment at a lower cost?

Forgery and deception are blameworthy characteristics that Allah Almighty does not approve of for His believing servants. Therefore, it is not permissible to circumvent the condition set by the hospital. If there is insufficient ability to cover the treatment expenses, one can approach official bodies, charitable organizations, and philanthropists.
