A divorce pronounced with explicit wording takes effect without the need for intention, whether the pronouncer is serious or joking. If you pronounced the divorce while conscious of what you were saying, then your divorce has taken effect. However, if you pronounced it in a state of distraction, unaware of what you were saying, then your divorce does not take effect.
