What is the ruling on praying Maghrib at home in congregation if the Imam does not pray it in the mosque because he has gone to break his fast?

A Muslim must perform the five daily prayers in congregation at the mosque unless there is a valid excuse. The Maghrib prayer is particularly emphasized during Ramadan. The Imam should be an example in this regard, and if the Imam neglects attendance, this does not exempt the worshippers from the obligation of praying in congregation at the mosque, for each individual is responsible for his own actions. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged performing prayers in the mosque and warned against neglecting them. As an affirmation of this, the Prophet’s guidance was to break the fast first, then perform the Maghrib prayer immediately.
