Does the presence of non-loud music in the opening and closing credits of a religious program make working on it unlawful (haram), especially if that is the television channel's policy?

Music, listening to it, and working in it, in all its forms, are forbidden. Many scholars have reported a consensus on this matter. If the questioner is involved in making music, processing it, or assisting with it, then this is forbidden, for there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. However, if his work is permissible and does not involve music, then there is no harm in his work, provided that the religious program conforms to the methodology of Ahl as-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, and that the end does not justify the means.
