If the wife believes her husband is forbidden to her due to his father having touched her with lust, but the husband does not believe this, then the prohibition is not established. For a prohibition to be established through an action, the other party must either confirm it or it must be highly probable that they are truthful. In case of dispute, the Sharia judge will rule on the matter.
