How should one pray shortened prayers (salat al-qasr) if they reside in Tunisia and intend to travel to Morocco and stay there for seven weeks, with intermittent travel 300 km away from the capital, round trip?

The ruling of travel and its concessions begins when the traveler passes the last houses of the city he resides in. It is then legislated for him to shorten the four-rak'ah prayers, unless he intends to stay for four days or more, in which case he completes the prayer. It is also permissible to combine the two Dhuhr prayers and the two Isha prayers, either by performing them earlier (jama' taqdim) or delaying them (jama' ta'khir).
