Should one stop saying "Subhan Allah" frequently and at all times, or should one continue doing so?

Saying "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to Allah) upon seeing something astonishing or something from which one can learn a lesson is legislated. The evidence for its legislation is the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) approval of the action of the two Ansarites when they said, "Subhan Allah, O Messenger of Allah!" in astonishment at him (peace and blessings be upon him), as mentioned by the العلامة Ibn Uthaymin.
