Is it forbidden for a woman to apply henna to her hands in front of men?

A woman is not permitted to display the henna she applies to her hands and feet in front of non-mahram men. This is because henna is considered an adornment that Allah Almighty has commanded to be concealed, except from those to whom Allah has permitted the display of adornment. If she wishes to go out, she must cover her hands and feet.
