Will the one who gives charity with the intention of healing and averting calamity be rewarded if he includes others (his sister or brother) in the intention to relieve distress, given the necessity of sincerity of intention when giving charity?

Charity and acts of kindness are among the causes for curing diseases, averting calamities, and relieving distress. It is permissible for the giver of charity to intend it on behalf of themselves and other Muslims, and they will be rewarded for it, provided their intention is purely for Allah. Charity is a cause for healing and averting calamities, even if the giver does not intend it as such. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided us to seek treatment through it due to its effect, which physical medicines do not possess.
