It is permissible to utilize the Internet for the purpose of da'wah (inviting to Islam) if the necessary qualifications are met, such as religious knowledge and jurisprudence, and means of protection from its evils, such as understanding its dangers and being mindful of Allah. This must be coupled with prioritizing the prevention of harm over the acquisition of benefits, and avoiding tribulations.
