It is not permissible to buy or sell reviews and notes prepared by the teacher without his permission if he prohibits their circulation except with his permission, just as is the case with copyright and all other literary rights. However, if he allows it, then there is no harm. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain the teacher's permission before disposing of those reviews.
