How much is the share of each heir from (3 daughters and a brother from the father's side) in the inheritance?

The daughters are entitled to two-thirds as a prescribed share, based on Allah's saying: "{But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left}." The remainder goes to the paternal brother by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male relative." Thus, the inheritance is divided into nine shares: six shares for the daughters and three shares for the paternal brother. It is obligatory to refer matters of inheritance to the Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
