How can one forget watching pornography after repenting from it, especially if it continues to appear in dreams?

There is no accountability for what one sees in a dream, as the pen is lifted from him. It is recommended to seek refuge in Allah from bad dreams and to spit to one's left upon waking up. To experience good visions and avoid disturbing ones, a Muslim should strive for truthfulness, consume only what is lawful (halal), observe commandments and prohibitions, and sleep in a state of complete purity, facing the Qibla, while remembering Allah until sleep overcomes him. To forget forbidden scenes, one should supplicate to Allah to forget them and avoid thinking about lustful provocations while awake.
