What is the verse that encompasses all virtues and prohibits all vices?

Verse 90 of Surat An-Nahl: ﴿Indeed, Allah enjoins justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.﴾ is the most comprehensive verse in the Qur’an regarding good and evil, because it encompasses all good under justice and good conduct, and all evil under immorality, bad conduct, and oppression.
