Does Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen hold the view that one who experiences frequent doubts should disregard their doubts in all acts of worship, or is their doubt considered only if they doubt most of their prayers and not all of them?

Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen summarized the ruling on doubts in three cases: they are not to be heeded if they are mere illusions, or if they recur frequently until they become a habit, or if they occur after completing an act of worship unless certainty is attained. Scholars have clarified that excessive doubt which becomes a whisper (waswasah) is not to be heeded, even if it does not occur in every act of worship. Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ulaish mentioned that the criterion for doubt that is waswasah is that it occurs every day, even if only once.
